Project 22
Project 22 serves Alameda County, and its jurisdiction is Emeryville, Oakland, and Piedmont.

Clients with traffic violations are referred by the Traffic Division and misdemeanor cases by the Criminal Division, both are located at 661 Washington Street. All Clients must have a referral to participate in Project 22. Out of county cases require a referral from the California League of Alternative Service Prorgrams.
