COURT ACCOUNTABLE CASE MANAGEMENT CENTER (CACMC)
Designed to provide immediate treatment to individuals referred from the San Francisco Courts. Clients referred to the Center can participate in a range of supportive workshops while awaiting placement into residential or outpatient community treatment programs. The Center’s aggressive strategies are proving successful in addressing some of the most difficult problems associated with case management and alternative sentencing.

COURT ACCOUNTABLE CASE MANAGEMENT
A comprehensive strategic model of case management focused on Court accountability, holistic treatment planning, successful client outcomes, and community awareness. Case managers provide each client with intensive supervision and a supportive network, which enables the client to meet the expectations of the court and decrease the likelihood of re-offending.

DUAL DIAGNOSIS GROUP
This is a comprehensive twelve-week class specific to clients challenged by both substance abuse and mental health issues. Participants engage in a guided educational curriculum that includes: anger management, drug education, medication education and adherence, weekend planning, harm reduction and conflict resolution. Clients are encouraged to share personal experiences and contribute towards a positive group dynamic. Clients will also learn “stages of change”, identify their stage and work to move to the next stage.

HEALTH EDUCATION GROUP
Forensic Aids Project provides bi-lingual health education groups focusing on prevention and education for both English and monolingual Spanish speaking clients. HIV testing upon request.

MARIJUANA GROUP
